Description

TotalCare is a high-performance, plate-safe fountain solution concentrate specifically formulated for high-speed sheet-fed offset printing presses. Engineered with innovative ‘Total Calcium Control’ technology, it effectively keeps calcium in dissolved form, helping maintain stable press conditions and superior print quality over extended runs.

Its low-foaming, strongly buffered formulation ensures smooth, trouble-free operation and consistent performance under demanding press conditions. TotalCare supports faster clean-ups, quicker ink-water balance, and reduced start-up waste, while its excellent desensitising property keeps plates open—even during press stops in high ambient temperatures.

The solution features an effective biocide system for extended bath life and minimal effluent generation, and is completely free of VOCs, making it an environmentally friendly and safer option for modern pressrooms.

🔹 Application Instructions

• Dilute at 2%–3% (i.e., 20–30 ml per litre of water) depending on press speed, dampening system, ink, and paper type.

• Use a calibrated conductivity meter to ensure solution is within ±100 µs of target mix.

• Before use, clean dosing and circulation systems with Fount System Cleaner, and deglaze ink train and dampening rollers.

• Recommended IPA dosage: 6%–10% for best performance.

• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Use protective gloves. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing date.

• Packaging: Available in standard secure containers.
